Puducherry, also known as the Pondicherry is a Union Territory, located on the south-eastern coast of India along the Bay of Bengal. It is unique among Indian territories because it consists of four separate region Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam spread across different states. 

Puducherry is famous for its unique blend of Indian and French culture, spiritual enter, peaceful beach, and earn as the nickname "Paris of the East", due to its strong French colonial past.

The Capital of Puducherry is the City of Puducherry itself, because it was the main French colonial headquarters, serving as the administrative centre for French India.

Promenade Beach

Promenade Beach is popularly known as the Rock Beach, reflecting the unique blend of natural beauty, colonial heritage and relaxed coastal charm. 

Promenade Beach famous for its scenic views and cultural landmark like Mahatma Gandhi Statue, Old Lighthouse, Joan of Arc statue and French War Memorial for the soldiers, who were died in World War  one.

The Best Time to Visit Promenade Beach is during winter month, from October to March when the weather is cold and pleasant.  

Eden Beach 

Eden Beach is a prestigious Blue Flag Certificate Beach (Beach with high standard in water quality, safety, environmental management and for education), located in Chinna Veerampattinam about 10 km from Puducherry city.   

Eden Beach is known for its peaceful atmosphere and clear surrounding, Beach features soft golden sand, clear blue water and long open shoreline bordered with a coconut trees.

Serenity Beach

Paradise Beach, also known as the Plage Paradiso, one of the most beautiful and popular beach in Puducherry, because of pristine environment, soft golden sand and clear blue water. Located about 8 km from Puducherry in Chunnambar. 

The natural beauty of Paradise Beach makes it an excellent spot for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. The light of the sun reflecting over the sea and sand creates a calm and mesmerizing atmosphere.
